Directions for use:

Adults: Start by taking 4 capsules with 250ml of purified or distilled water on an empty stomach before going to bed. If you do not have 3 to 5 bowel movements the following day, increase your serving size by 2 capsules each night until 3 to 5 movements are achieved. Continue this quantity for 7 consecutive days.

Maintenance Use:

Use the same number of capsules that you used during your cleanse, 2 to 3 times per week, or as needed. What you are looking for is the number of capsules required to achieve 3-5 bowel movements the following day.

Active ingredients per serve (4 capsules):

Magnesium oxide heavy                                          3380 mg

Equiv magnesium                                                     2028 mg

Citric acid                                                                  100 mg

WARNINGS:

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if you are experiencing abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhoea. This product contains magnesium, which may have a laxative effect. Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems. Drink plenty of water. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult with your health professional before use. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
